Environments! What Story Do You Want to Tell?

Creating the environment for an event is a process of discovering what our clients want their guests to feel, the message, the story they want to tell. It’s a collaborative process that weaves together many elements: the venue, entertainment, décor and florals, furniture, catering, valet, lighting, and sound. Each one plays a vital role in crafting an immersive experience.

When all of these details come together, they create something truly memorable.

Here are some of my favorites.

As mentioned above, when deciding on an environment for your event it's key to consider what you want your guests to think about your event, the message you want them to feel as a result.

Often this is called theme or motif. It's the impression you want them to remember long after the event has concluded. For example: “This was so  warm, inviting and colorful.” “What an effective and capable group!” “What a romantic couple." “This cause is inspiring! I want to contribute to it."

That’s the power of a thoughtful, well-crafted message for an event environment. Try this and you will see it makes a huge difference.
