All About the Theme

Happy couple kissing at their wedding, with black and white theming.

This fabulous couple wanted “Star Wars Meets Hollywood Glamour” for the theme of their wedding atop the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s Art Deco 1920’s Penthouse.

How fun it was to have Imperial Stormtroopers walk the bride down the aisle, black and white flowers and crystals everywhere, a specially crafted Hollywood gift bag, a Go Pro camera in the bouquet, and to top it off, Han Solo frozen in the wedding cake!

We work with unique and unusual in everything we create.

One thing has become beautifully clear over the many years we’ve spent creating weddings: there’s no limit to the ways a couple can express their love.

We’ve brought to life everything from traditional church ceremonies to celebrations on beaches, in mountain valleys, dinosaur halls, farms, and classic hotels—each one telling its own unique story through a dream theme or message.

So if you're planning a wedding—or helping someone plan theirs—take a moment to reflect on what you want your celebration to say about your relationship. That message comes through in every detail: the colors, the location and venue, the music, the gowns or suits (or neither!), the menu, and the décor.

Allow yourself to play, to dream, and to create your own kind of tradition.

Because when the day is done and you're looking back at the photos and videos, what you'll see is a moment in time that felt true, joyful, and completely you.
